As a natural progression of our vocational training programs, students who acquire the necessary skills are supported in exploring self-employment opportunities. This initiative is designed to help individuals build their own livelihoods and become financially independent.

For instance, students trained in Retail Skills are guided and supported to set up their own small grocery stores or retail outlets. Swabodhini provides end-to-end assistance in this journey, including:

• Basic business planning and setup support
• Guidance on managing day-to-day operations
