Ms. S. Lakshmi is a finance professional with over 16 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, financial planning, and compliance. She holds a B.Com, ACA (Inter), and MBA in Finance, and has worked with leading organizations including Accenture, Flextronics Technologies, and Shriram Properties.
Since 2016, she has been serving as an independent financial consultant, supporting over 500 individual and business clients in taxation, GST compliance, bookkeeping, audits, and financial advisory services. Known for her expertise in financial management, statutory compliance, and process optimization, she brings strong analytical and strategic skills to the organization.
Passionate about social impact, she actively contributes to initiatives focused on education, women’s empowerment, POSH awareness, and environmental sustainability. As Head of Finance, she plays a key role in ensuring Swabodhini’s financial sustainability, transparency, and effective resource management.
